6x Optical Zoom, 3.4x Digital Zoom
The professional quality Fujinon 6x optical zoom lens (equivalent to 39-234 mm
on a 35mm camera) assures sharp images throughout the entire zoom range. For
even more reach, the 3.4x digital zoom can extend total zoom ratio all the way
to 20.4x (795mm equivalent).
Versatile Shooting Functions
Auto - The camera automatically and intelligently controls all parameters for
capturing quality pictures.
Scene Position - The Scene Position mode optimizes settings designed for
Portrait, Sports, Landscape and Night Scene, for beautiful customized results.
Manual Mode - The camera gives you creative control through manual settings for

Tele Conversion Lens (equivalent to approximately 351mm on a 35mm camera) or the
0.79x Wide Conversion Lens (approximately 31mm equivalent).
Direct Printing Without a PC
The FinePix S3100 supports the PictBridge standard, allowing you to send your
image files to any PictBridge-compatible printer for computer-free printing.
